industrialization, import and upgradation of existing technology in
business and in the means of production in various industries across
Saudi Arabia and the government’s initiative of industrial
privatization
and nationalization of manpower in different sectors of economy, the
situation poses a significant challenge to local industries today
for the need of multi-skilled and knowledgeable manpower who can ensure
the efficient performance of jobs benefiting the companies and
corporations. The absence of right skilled manpower poses a challenge
for an organization to compete successfully. Consequently, this
situation increases the demand for skilled manpower and the continuous
upgradation of skills through training.
Keeping in view developments and changes in industrial, economic and
